RETURNS
Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase if the item is in it's original condition. You are responsible for shipping back to us. For full price items, you will receive your choice of refund using the original payment method or a merchandise credit for the amount of purchase, not including original shipping. Sale Price items, whether marked on site or discount coupon used at checkout, can only be exchanged or receive merchandise credit. If item is defective in some way, we will replace it if possible or give you a full refund for your purchase.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase if the item is in it's original condition. Keep in mind that we many not have the alternate item choice in stock. You are responsible for shipping back to us and we will send the exchanged item back to you at no cost.
PREORDERS
Preorders are placing an order for a product that's not yet in stock. You may choose to pay in full or place a 50% deposit at checkout. The final 50% is due when the product becomes available. If you decide to cancel the order, you will receive a merchandise credit for your deposit amount. We will work with you to exchange sizes as long as the new size is available. The final payment will be either automatically charged to the credit card on file or sent as a Paypal invoice depending on the original payment method.
